  • ONLINE REGISTRATION

    Registration for the upcoming Snowhawks season may be completed through our online registration. You will need a username and password. Be sure to keep these in a safe place so that you can remember them in subsequent years. If you have forgotten yours, please email or call our office so that we may assist with resetting your account.
  • Register Online

  • OFFLINE REGISTRATION

    Offline program registration may be completed by downloading the PDF registration form. Be sure review the Payment and Refund Policy; then complete and submit the form by mail with your deposit and all post-dated cheques to the Snowhawks Toronto office.
