Refund

$100 administration charge for cancellations prior to December 1, 2022 (February 15, 2023 for Spring programs). No refund after these dates other than for unused lift tickets.

Medical Cancellation Protection

Our $50 Medical Cancellation Protection fee in the Camp options section of the online registration process, allows for a full, pro-rated refund, in the event that a member is unable to commence or continue with a program for medical reasons or injury (a note from a physician is required).  Colds, flu and Covid 19 are excluded.  Incidental missed outings may be made up on other programs this winter, provided space is available on the buses.

Cancellations by Snowhawks due to inclement weather will be made up by skiing/snowboarding on both days of a subsequent weekend or by extending the program.
