Ottawa Program Registration

The registration form for Ottawa 2011 season programs is available for download in PDF format. Print the form in landscape format, review the Payment and Refund Policy and submit by mail with your deposit to the Ottawa office. Alternately, you may contact us to receive a colour brochure and registration form by mail.

By mid- to late-September 2010, we plan to have online registration available, with a full range of payment options, including credit and debit card. In the meantime, 2011 Program registration is under way, and you may download and print a 2011 Registration Form. This may be completed and returned to Snowhawks by mail, with payment by personal cheque or money order.  Note that submission of hard-copy form, with payment by cheque or money order, allows for fees to be split across up to three instalments. As well, a $10/program credit against “Total Due” is offered for payment by cheque or money order.
